Frosé

Frosé with frozen strawberries, rosé, lemon juice, and agave is a simple and slushy drink perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 750 ml Bottle of Rosé
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Agave
  • 4 medium strawberries optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Empty the rosé into a container and freeze for a few hours to overnight. This step is optional - see notes below.
  • Add the frozen rosé, the strawberries, lemon juice, and agave to a blender and puree until combined.
  • Pour into wine glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry and/or mint. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Freezing the rose is optional and will yield a thicker consistency.  
  • We recommend serving frosé with a straw as it will be easier (and fun!) to drink.
  • You may need to add more agave depending on your desired level of sweetness.  Every rosé is different and every bag of frozen strawberries will be different when it comes to sweetness.
