This delightfully easy recipe combines sparkling wine, sherbet, vodka and frozen raspberries and is the perfect drink for brunches and parties of all shapes and sizes.
- 4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet plus more for garnish
- 1 cup Frozen raspberries
- 1 cup Vodka
- 12 oz Seltzer
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine
To a pitcher or punch bowl, add 4 scoops of sherbet.
Add the frozen raspberries.
Add the vodka.
Add the sparkling wine and seltzer.
Stir and serve, adding an extra small scoop of sherbet to each glass (optional).
- Feel free to enhance the flavor by using flavored vodka, such as orange or raspberry.
- You can use flavored seltzer, or Sprite.
- Any sparkling wine such as spumante, prosecco or champagne can be used.
