Sherbet Punch

This delightfully easy recipe combines sparkling wine, sherbet, vodka and frozen raspberries and is the perfect drink for brunches and parties of all shapes and sizes.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Rainbow Sherbet plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Vodka
  • 12 oz Seltzer
  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine

Instructions

  • To a pitcher or punch bowl, add 4 scoops of sherbet.
  • Add the frozen raspberries.
  • Add the vodka.
  • Add the sparkling wine and seltzer.
  • Stir and serve, adding an extra small scoop of sherbet to each glass (optional).

Notes

  • Feel free to enhance the flavor by using flavored vodka, such as orange or raspberry. 
  • You can use flavored seltzer, or Sprite.  
  • Any sparkling wine such as spumante, prosecco or champagne can be used.
