Long Island Iced Tea

The Long Island Iced Tea is a combination of vodka, gin, rum, tequila, orange liqueur, lemon, and cola. While the combination can sound intimidating, the result is an incredibly refreshing beverage that's easy to sip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce rum
  • 1/2 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur or triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 splash cola to fill to the top
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 slices lemon for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice and add the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the glass to the top with cola and stir to combine.
  • Garnish with the lemon slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Triple sec can be used in place of orange liqueur.
