Next Level Peach Bellini with Grapefruit Rose Vodka

This twist on the classic peach Bellini is sure to be a welcome addition to your go-to cocktail lineup!

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 oz Ketel One Rose & Grapefruit Botanical Vodka
  • 4 oz Prosecco


  • Add the frozen sliced peaches and the vodka to a blender.  Pulse until combined and a thick puree is formed.
  • Spoon the puree into the bottom of a champagne flute.
  • Top with Prosecco and stir gently.  Enjoy!


  • We used grapefruit rose vodka for this recipe, but you can easily use nonflavored vodka as well.
  • A traditional bellini has no sugar, but if you like it sweeter add a 1/2 ounce of simple syrup and work up from there.
