Next Level Peach Bellini with Grapefruit Rose Vodka
This twist on the classic peach Bellini is sure to be a welcome addition to your go-to cocktail lineup!
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- 2 oz Ketel One Rose & Grapefruit Botanical Vodka
- 4 oz Prosecco
Add the frozen sliced peaches and the vodka to a blender. Pulse until combined and a thick puree is formed.
Spoon the puree into the bottom of a champagne flute.
Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Enjoy!
Any other grapefruit vodka is fine.
A traditional bellini has no sugar, but if you like it sweeter add a ½ ounce of simple syrup and work up from there.
