Horseradish Sauce

Homemade horseradish sauce is incredibly easy to make and ready in 5 minutes! It's the perfect creamy condiment for prime rib, steak, roast beef sandwiches and so much more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons (75g) prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with beef such as prime rib. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Horseradish sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
